All transactional emails sent by your store from changes in the status of an order are recorded in the platform and can be accessed in the order's timeline.
This feature is useful for tracking all email communication with the customer throughout the order flow.
To see email history, go to the Orders module, enter the desired order and scroll down to the timeline. There you will find the records of emails sent.
This record is made by a system called Conversation Tracker. To get a deeper understanding of how it works, see our article on communication with the client during the order flow.
Since the communication with customers is a responsibility from marketplaces, only orders with marketplace origin keep a transactional emails history. Orders with fulfilllment origin do not keep a register of transactional emails.
